Purchase Agreement
By placing an order with Verta, you agree to these terms. All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping Policy
We ship free across the USA and Canada via standard carriers. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Verta posture corrector, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in original condition with packaging. Contact us at hello@verta.co to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Limitation of Liability
Verta products are designed for posture support and general wellness. They are not medical devices and should not replace professional medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
